BUYER REQUIREMENTS

Proposed payment instrument

Incomplete or unverifiable enquiries may not be processed.
SELLER AND SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS
Suppliers, title holders and authorised mandates should provide sufficient information for preliminary verification, including:

Company registration documents
Authority to sell or mandate
Product specification
Product origin
Available quantity
Delivery basis
Proposed transaction procedure
Indicative commercial terms
Relevant terminal or logistics information
Confirmation of sanctions and compliance status
Documents are reviewed on a confidential and need-to-know basis.
TRANSACTION PROCESS
1. Initial Enquiry
The buyer submits the required product, quantity, destination, delivery basis and proposed payment terms.
2. Counterparty Qualification
Corporate details, authority, business history and transaction capability are reviewed.
3. Procedure Review
The parties review and agree on a commercially and operationally workable transaction procedure.
4. Formal Documentation
The qualified buyer may submit an LOI or ICPO. The seller may subsequently issue an offer, commercial invoice or draft contract, depending on the agreed procedure.
5. Due Diligence and Compliance
The transaction remains subject to KYC, AML, sanctions screening, product verification and commercial due diligence.
6. Trial Transaction
Where agreed, the parties complete a trial shipment or trial quantity.
7. Term Contract
Following successful completion of the trial, the parties may proceed with a monthly or long-term supply agreement.
